Pricing

Loyalty Builders' pricing for the basic Loyalty Segmentation Analysis is based on the size of the job. Factors included in pricing proposals include:

  • Number of customers
  • Number of transactions
  • Number of product lines
  • Number of different products
  • Size of the historical transactions database.

Advanced services, such as Purchase Probabilities analysis and Customer Action Plans, are priced separately.

We recognize that each client is unique, with differing needs and resources. We price Loyalty analyses with the following in mind:

  • Pricing should allow a client to start small and grow as they see the value of the results.
  • A client's investment in loyalty analysis should pay for itself right from the start. There should be an immediate, positive ROI.
  • We don't take on clients we don't think we can help.

Most clients choose annual contracts and pricing agreements.
